We use all-beef franks specially supplied by California’s premier sausage maker. Turkey and soy franks are also available on request. Our distinctive fresh rolls are baked to order and delivered daily. We complement our dogs with superior products from the best suppliers, including Gulden’s mustard, Heinz ketchup, and Farmer John bacon.
And there’s just one hot dog stand in town with real homemade chili, cooked from scratch in its own kitchen, and that’s Skooby's. We are especially proud of our chili, which has a real meatiness, moderate spice, and rich mellowness produced by the three bottles of Guinness beer in every pot.

Finish by pan tossing with our special blend of spices and serving with aioli, our house gourmet dipping sauce, made each day using freshly roasted red bell peppers and fresh garlic.
